This document is the Proposed One Plan as Amended by Decisions - Appeals Version (December 2010).
It has been prepared as a working tool and as such has no legal standing. Its purpose is to provide an indication of which parts of the Plan have been appealed. The document it has been based on is the Proposed One Plan as Amended by Decisions - Clean Version (August 2010), that is, Volume 4 of the decision documents.
All text appearing with a grey overlay has been appealed. Your Link The appellants and appeal numbers are listed in italics immediately after the text. However, most chapters have also been appealed in their entirety. Where this has occurred, we have not ‘greyed out’ the entire chapter, to avoid obscuring the appeals on individual provisions. Instead, the appellant and appeal number is noted at the foot of each page. A list of appeals of complete chapters follows.
This document will be updated to show who has joined the appeals as 274 parties during February 2011.
